The farmlands of rural Kansas might not be the most romantic breeding ground, but Kevin Johnson and Diana Garret didn't know that. Kevin was recently graduated from high school and spending a lazy summer on his parents' farm before going to college. Diana, also leaving high school, was off to Kansas City for secretarial training. Inexperienced in sexual matters, Kevin and Diana learned of the pain of wonder through mutual physical discovery. They literally could not keep their hands off each other. But there were two sets of parents with whom the youngsters had to content, and behind the parents was the hidebound, narrow-minded community in which they lived.
