The author of this e-Book, writing sub nom in the first person, describes an impromptu sexual tryst with an 18 year-old boy.Starting off innocently enough, Paul, the adult character in the story finds himself alone with Mark, the teenage son of friends. The boy seems to feign an illness in order to be alone with Paul, who is an EMT in his community. In the course of examining and treating the young man, Paul crosses the line - and goes beyond, in a 3-day long sexual encounter with the teenage boy.Beginning with caresses and affection, the scene soon turns to a no-holds-barred, "off the meat-rack" sexual exploitation - from enemas, and oral sex, to the extreme of S&M.

Paul finally comes to terms with his behavior towards the teenager when he finally realizes his true feelings for his young lover in an absolutely touching and unexpected surprise ending.

             These friends of mine had a son named Mark who had just turned 18. He was very active and athletic; and he was very handsome, as well. In fact, he was an Adonis! Mark had taken a liking to me since he was very young, because I was an EMT with the local Ambulance Corps, and when I wasn't working, I was always out in the woods hiking and climbing up mountains and stuff, and I guess he admired me because I took the time to spend time with him whenever I would visit with his parents--..

                        At about 3 AM, Mark woke up and complained of an upset stomach. He wasn't sick, I reasoned, he just wolfed down too many hot dogs too fast.
