Reader Review: Another Laurell K. Hamilton book that i enjoyed! I really have followed the series through out the years and I cannot imagine ever stopping reading it!!! I liked this book better than skin trade, and as usual, I thought the love scenes were hot!
The Mother of All Darkness-the first vampire-wants to enter into a new human body...and the one she has in mind belongs to Anita Blake.

Another Laurell K. Hamilton book that i enjoyed! I really have followed the series through out the years and I cannot imagine ever stopping reading it!!! I liked this book better than skin trade, and as usual, I thought the love scenes were hot!

I have been a fan of this series for a while and I must admit that I was hoping for more of a plot line from the earlier novels - a plot that focused on Anita's necromancy and crime solving. Bullet was interesting and most of the usual characters were there but it's as if the entire book is spent figuring out the metaphysical stuff and the ardeur.

Bullet is an improvemnet over the last couple books and at times i see the old Anita but it seems that hamilton has decide to pump out book after book using the formula 3/4 orgy and wild sex to 1/4 part actual story.
