Reader Review: This is a great series. I've enjoyed all the books. The biggest problem is that I hate waiting so long between books but they are always worth it. It's not surprising that Delaney has a hard time with trust. The people she loves have either died or abandoned her and now she has a killer hot on her trail. The only thing she can think to do is find Tyler, her son Seth's father, and get his help. Tyler has been in Louisian working his way through the dancers in the strip club where he is a bouncer when Delaney shows up with Seth. He realizes that he's been wasting time with other women when Del is the only one that he cares about. Getting Del to believe it is another story completely. Meanwhile, the crooked ADA that Del is writing a story on is killing everyone who is willing to help Del and they don't know if they will make it out alive. It's an exciting read and I can't wait for Xander's story next.
