Reader Review: I have read the Grey Series and just after this book, being the first...I think I may prefer this series. They are very similar but I think I like the female charcter is a more likable character.

“Full of emotional angst, scorching love scenes, and a compelling storyline.”— Dear Author

THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER

Gideon Cross came into my life like lightning in the darkness…

He was beautiful and brilliant, jagged and white-hot. I was drawn to him as I’d never been to anything or anyone in my life. I craved his touch like a drug, even knowing it would weaken me. I was flawed and damaged, and he opened those cracks in me so easily…

Gideon knew. He had demons of his own. And we would become the mirrors that reflected each other’s most private wounds…and desires.

The bonds of his love transformed me, even as i prayed that the torment of our pasts didn't tear us apart...

NoteePub, short for electronic publication is one of our favorites and should be yours for a couple of reasons. ePub offers reflowable text giving you flexibility to manipulate how the digital content is presented. Moreover, lots of cool features are now being developed for the reader like advanced video and audio. ePub is now an industry standard, so all of the device manufacturers are now supporting it?. except of course those two proprietary (ie: we don't want you to have a choice) online behemoths: Apple and Amazon - who seek to chain you like a trailer park dog forever to their devices. Three years from now, we predict ePub will rule the eBook landscape.

I am Bared to this Book

August 16, 2012
Reviewer:

Just love the book. I got hooked from the very first page. I could not stop reading. Lost sleep and skipped meals just to read it. I am so entralled with the characters. These are very dysfunctional characters that mesh so well. I give it a 10/10. I am hanging for the next two books. Give me more of Gideon and Eva!

If you liked Fifty Shades, you'll like this

Once you get over the similarities to Fifty Shades, I think you can enjoy this book. I read a blurb saying it is similar to FS, but well written. I agree to that, but the characters aren't as fleshed out as FS was to me. Probably b/c they were already Twilight characters. (BTW, I find it funny that this is like a fanfic of a fanfic.) So I like Gideon, but I find Eva really irritating. They're both hot messes, but since we're in Eva's head more, she bugs me more. I'm glad it didn't end similarly to FS where you feel it was a cliffhanger. That's a plus. But I like books like these from time to time. I think if you enjoyed FS, you'll like this one too. I also recommend Gabriel's Rapture and Gabriel's Inferno as well. They're all fairly similar.

Great

Reviewer: A reader from CORYDON, IN USA

I honestly only read this book because the reviews stated it was similiar to 50 shades, which I just finished. It is very close with steamy sex just no bdsm. Still the screwed up people trying to figure love out. I really like Gideon. He seemed genuine in his feeling for Eva. I thought thier love scenes were hot and still meaningful. I really liked Cary and hope that we see more of him in the future. Their relationship seemed a little more equally messed up, where in 50 shades it's mainly Grey.I will be waiting very unpatiently for the next book.
