Reader Review: I'd like to read the one that came before this one. I think it would help understand the story better. This is clearly one of a series and doesn't stand-alone very well. It's as if you come in an ongoing conversation that constantly references yet another conversation you know nothing about. The characters are interesting and the self-destructive anxt of Fred the mermaid is interesting but it still felt incomplete. I recommend getting the whole series together as opposed to just this one alone. I think it will be more satisfying.
As Fred the Mermaid tries to fit in with her own kind, she finds herself hooked on both Artur, the High Prince of the undersea realm, and Thomas, a hunky marine biologist. She's also caught between two factions of merfolk: those happy with swimming under the radar-and those who want to bring their existence to the surface.

| Note | ePub, short for electronic publication is one of our favorites and should be yours for a couple of reasons. ePub offers reflowable text giving you flexibility to manipulate how the digital content is presented. Moreover, lots of cool features are now being developed for the reader like advanced video and audio. ePub is now an industry standard, so all of the device manufacturers are now supporting it?. except of course those two proprietary (ie: we don't want you to have a choice) online behemoths: Apple and Amazon - who seek to chain you like a trailer park dog forever to their devices. Three years from now, we predict ePub will rule the eBook landscape. |
